I have just received two of the new KC401S camera's.  It appears that you can no longer manually start the camera recording.  Is this possible?

 

My EC60 camera allows me record a 5 minute video manually, but this doesn't work like this on the new camera's....

 

I'm about to return these if I can't figure it out...  thanks !!!

Hello, our 24/7 cameras like the KC401S do not have a manual record feature.  This is because with the use of a SD-Card the cameras are already recording 24/7 so there is no need to trigger a manual recording.
