I am having difficulty hooking my smart plug to my interrnet. I have followed the instruictions on the App and yet it does not recognize the device.

 

Any ideas?

i am having the same problem with the same device. I have 2 other indoor Kasa smart plugs and no problem but can't get the outdoor plug to connect to wifi????
