HS200 Dropping off network
Connects to the network, then drops and never reconnects. Factory reset done. What else should I try?

If you have followed this instruction but the issue persists, please help confirm the following information to locate your issue.
1. When it drops out, what's the LED status on the switch? Please send me a screenshot of the error message on your app.
2. How do you restore the connection of your device? Need to reboot the device or just wait a while?
3. Please make sure the device is receiving a good signal by checking the signal strength of the bulb on the APP.
How to check the signal strength: On the Kasa APP, go to Device Settings-> Device Info -> Network Info -> signal strength bar.
4. When did the issue happen and how often does it happen?
5. Make sure that your Kasa app and smart devices are up to date. How to update firmware version please refer to: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1256/
6. Please also provide the Mac address on the device label, the model number of your router, your email address of Kasa account and model and OS version of your phone.
