Hello - I'm wondering if it's possible to give someone the ability to view the video feed from a camera without allowing them to control the camera or the other smart devices I have?

Hello.  Currently no that is not a feature on Kasa Cameras.  The only way to access the camera's live feed is 1.  To have access to the account through the Kasa log in or 2. If the account is linked to a Google or Alexa screen you can also say "show me XXXXX camera"
