I need help I am trying to download the Camera to my phone and it keeps saying it is not connected to Wi-Fi which I have Wi-Fi and I am just so frustrated this was supposed to be something simple to do

Have you set the camera up in the Kasa app?  If not you would first need to set up the product in the app for it to be able to link to your Wifi.

  @Stacye Well my KC411S KASA Spot Pan/Tilt was connected to my WIFI, but since 2 days ago it is offline and cannot connect!
