Lights flickering using HS200 switch
Out of the blue I've started having flickering light problems with ceiling fan light fixtures in one room. Have a room with 3 ceiling fans with 4 candelabra base bulbs in each ceiling fan. Had the lights start flickering on one fixture every once in a while so I replaced all 4 of the bulbs with new 350 lumen LED bulbs (don't remember what manufacturer, something I never heard of). Problem continued intermittently. Replaced the HS200 V2 with a new HS200 V5, same problem. Moved all 4 bulbs to one of the other ceiling fans and the intermittent flickering problem went with the bulbs. Bought 4 new bulbs from different manufacturer (GE), turned on the switch and got this slow pulsing light. Unscrewed one bulb, screwed it back in and all 4 lights lit up solid. Tried turning off and on and got the same slow pulse thing. Swapped one bulb from the other ceiling fan and the pulse problem went away when I turned it back on. Right now both ceiling fans are working ok. Any idea what's going on?

@Otrip Think I found my problem. These 3 ceiling fans did not come with remote controls (that I remember) but I opened one fan's light fixture and there's a little box in series with the light sockets that I'm assuming is a remote control receiver. Took it out and so far no flickering.

@RyanEverhart789 Nope. Still occasionally have the issue for a few minutes on one of the ceiling fans when it's turned on. I can swap bulbs around and it usually quits. Very annoying.

Does indepentantly turning the fan(s) on/off chaning speeds while the lights are on have any effect on the flickering?

I had something similar occurring with a different branded smart switch controlling some recessed lights. The lights would flicker with Led bulbs, if I removed one of the bulbs the rest would work fine, if I swapped any one bulb to an incandescent they worked fine. If I put the led back in while the light was on it would work fine until I turned the switch off then back on again. It worked fine with a dumb switch.
The only thing I was able to come up with is that specific combination results in some type of induced voltage possibly on the ground side of things.
I never did get the issue resolved. So I am using one incandescent in one of the lights that happens to be in a place where you don't notice the different bulb.
Not sure if this may be similar to what you are experiencing but certainly is mind boggling trying to figure out.
