Model: HS300
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.0.12

Simple question: how do I monitor the energy usage of the usb ports on the HS300 power strip? The app doesn't seem to have an option to make this info available but I could just be missing the obvious.

I had read a couple reviews that said the energy use could be monitored. Not a big deal if I was wrong to think so but any help would be appreciated.

  @DrBird21,

If you click on one of the outlets on the HS300 device, there should be a series of tabs at the bottom of the page, one of these should be an option for energy or usage. While we have updated the app to a new interface, the basic steps should be the same as those found in the user guide here: https://static.tp-link.com/upload/manual/2021/202111/20211101/1910013111_HS300(US)_UG_V2.0.1.pdf

  @DrBird21

I don't think there is a way to monitor the USB ports. It would be a nice option to have.
