HS200 smart switch unable to connect to device
Brand new HS200 switch will not connect to my iphone during installation of device through KASA app.
I am not connected to VPN.
I have already updated the firmware and software.
The switch blinks only green. Does not blink orange.

When you are connected to the Smart Switch's Wi-Fi for the first time, go into your phone's wireless settings and disable the option for Private Addressing, this setting can easily interfere with the setup process of devices. Otherwise:
When the device is first powered, are you able to see the device's wireless network from your phone settings? If not try performing a factory reset by holding the button on the device for 10 seconds, then try the process again.

@Riley_S Private addressing is OFF. I already tried pressing the reset button. Already powered on and off the switch. I cant connect to "TP-LINK Smart Device" on the phone. So I cannot proceed with the installation process.

I just went through all the trouble shooting i could have done.
this is the worst purchase i have ever made.
i am never buying Kasa brand again.
