Hello:

 

Apparently, there is still no web interface for the Kasa smart devices...disappointed. Is there a plan to develop such an interface?

 

In the interim, does anyone have experience using any third-party web interfaces from the Windows store?

Try an Android emulator or HomeAssistant like this one, it's for tapo but also works for kasa cameras.
