Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I was playing aroudn with the app, and Reports -> Scan Now -> Wireless Security -> says Guest Network enabled when it is in fact off.

Just to be sure I checked with my phone to see if it shows the guest network as available, and it does not.

Why is it doing this?

Also, when I do a scan it still says I haven't done a scan for a week.

Is the Reports page just severely flawed?

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I think it might refer to the 6ghz guest network.

You could try the following suggestions to see whether they helped or not:

1. go to WiFi settings and change 6ghz to "Dedicated Backhaul and WiFi network".

2. Then go to the guest network, you might see the 6ghz guest network might be already enabled. Please disable the 6Ghz guest this time.

(If it hasn't been enabled, please enable it first, then disable it again).

3. Go back to WiFi settings and change the 6Ghz to "Dedicated Backhaul only".

4. Then run the Security check again.

Please let me know whether it is working or not.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
