I am trying to set up my KL 125 light bulb. My home network is set to 2.4 GHz. When I power up the bulb it will blink continuously and never connect to the network. What are my options?

If the bulb does not stop blinking you have two options.  1.  try a different lamp or fixture to rule out that the fixture is causing this issue.  2.  return the bulb or do a replacement.
