LED solid amber; cannot reset KC200
Unable to do anything. LED is solid amber. Holding reset button does nothing. Cannot access via app. Have unplugged and replugged; no effect.
Any advice?

A solid Amber light indicates the unit is rebooting. If it does not go away, especially if you have unplugged it and plugged it back in, then it means the camera is stuck in a boot loop. If you had any power outages or surges that could have affected the camera. Likely you will need to work with support for a replacement, if the camera is still in warranty otherwise you may have to look into purchasing a new one. I can say the KC200 is no longer in production but its replacement the KC420WS is a better camera with more features.

@Carl that pretty much exactly sums up the situation. Power outage probably knocked out the camera. Looks like I'm in the market for a new one. Thank you for your insight!
