This would be a device issue, assuming the router is putting out the SSID?

Did you DO any settings changes?

Does your devices see the Router SSID?

More details would help, especially the Settings for Wireless, in terms of is it ON or Hidden?

Normally, you go to the device, have it scan for SSID's, and then provide the UID and P/W for it? From your brief statement, I'm not sure you've tried this? If you have, what where the results?

Could be CHANNEL or Security mismatch too... what IS the device and what Security and Channel Setting do you have?
