Just got a new Smart Wi-Fi 2 outlet plug to replace my old one.  Despite following the startup instructions closely, and trying multiple times, i have been unable to get my network to recognize the new device.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

What's the error message you received? For installation failure issue, here are some suggestions that will help, FYI. What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?
