Have tried everything, still cannot connect to our light switch
Note: We bought 3 switches, and now we have 2 that no matter what we do, will not reconnect. We have power to the switches, and can connect via Bluetooth throught my phone app, BUT regardless of what I try, it will not connect to the wi-fi. I have one more HS200 switch in the same room working perfectly. This is the second of the 3 switches that have failed within less than 2 years this way, and will not reconnect. I have done factory resets, set the router to 2.4ghz, and completely killed power to the switch. Nothing works to enable me to connect the wifi. I have completely removed the switch from the App, reset the modem, etc. Everyting mentioned on the internet I have tried. Upon replacing the HS200 with a new HS200, it worked perfectly. So what is the next step? Not very happy that I've now had two of these fail within less than 2 years. I have multiple different KASA wi-fi devices in my house working fine, except for these light switches. With this switch, if I manually turn it on, withinj a few seconds it turns itsefl off. Pleas help!
