My KL430e light strip wasn't responding, so I removed and re-added it to the app, which prompted a firmware update. After the update, the lighting is noticeably dimmer. Adjusting the brightness in the 70-100% range does almost nothing. Is it possible to downgrade the firmware? So frustrated, as it was very bright before the update.
Because the firmware is pulled from an online source there is no way to functionally downgrade. However, if you are reporting a bug our Smart Home team may be able to help.
