When attempting to check/update the firmware, the Tether app reports that 'Download Failed'.

No amount of retires helps...

I managed to update the A8 by resetting it to factory defaults via web browser and then updating.

However, the Tether app still reports 'Download failed' after that.

Tether app works fine with the AX21 and AX11000 that I have.

Any ideas regarding a solution to this?
