Kasa app, switches disappeared, new ones won't register
We have installed a number of HS200 and HS210 switches in our home. We recently had an electrician install two additional HS200 and one HS210. When we went to view them in the Kasa app, none of the existing switches were displayed any longer although they still display in the Alexa app and are working via voice control. And none of the new switches displayed in the Kasa app either and also wouldn't show in the Alexa app.
We removed the Kasa app and reinstalled, but that didn't work also tried logging out and back in. Was there a version change that removed HS200 and HS210 from support? Amazon still sells both so I assume they are both still supported.
