Firmware Version: 1.0.12 Build 20231117 rel.33787(5553)

When I look at my BE19000 in the tether app or the web interface the client count on the home page is always 8-10 clients shorter than then list when go into Advanced Settings/Network/DHCP Server/DHCP Client List.

 

Interestingly I can only resolve clients visible in the list on the home page with <hostname>.local. Clients that are only visible on the DHCP Server page do not resolve.

If I reboot the router the numbers are the same initially but start diverging quickly.

 

My network consists of the BE19000 sitting on the first floor and a RE650 extender upstairs

Hello, thank you very much for the feedback.

Please login the web interface of the RE650 extender to check its client list as well, then check if the extender client list plus BE800 home page client list match with the BE800 DHCP Client list.

  @Sunshine They do not. But good idea :) some clients in the extender's list are visible in on the router and some are not.

Hi, are all your client devices using DHCP to obtain IP address automatically? or any of them using static IP?

 

If possible, please check if there is any regular pattern which kind of client devices of the extender don't appear on the router client list.

Please also try unplugging the extender and check if the router itself client list/DHCP client list are correct.
