I have a C425 and enrolled in the free trial. I'm trying to record to both the SD card and the cloud, but it does not seem to ever record to the cloud. On the app, it clearly says that I'm in the free trial. I did notice that when I login on the web, it seems to think I'm not in the trial, but I'm not sure. I see this:
