I had c320ws v1 for a while and it works as expected with my Shinobi software  DVR via ONVIF events- detection happens on camera, DVR gets a notification and start recording.

I decided to get another one and the new one gives me problems:

- even though it is discovered via ONVIF and I can watch rtsp stream, no events are raised when motion detection happened. I have everything set the same way as my old cam, but events just dont pass through. Camera account is set, motion detection is set to the basic profile (without zones), no Tapo care.

- I put SD card into cam and events are recorded, BUT it is either too earlier or either too late - I walked in front of a cam, waved my hand- cam raised an alert, recorded a video to an SD card, but without me. And yes, I see myself in mirrors :)

I noticed that hardware and firmware versions are different from my first c320ws. I'm on latest firmware on both.

Is it a known problem with this version/firmware?

Is there a workaround?

Does anyone have ONVIF events working?
