HS200 Smart Switch Suddenly Stopped Working
Installed HS200 smart switch on November 22, 2022 and has worked without issue until today where now the lights are "stuck" on.
The app on/off is not working and the the manual switch is not working either. The only way I can turn the lights on/off is using the room circuit breaker.
I have 3 other switches installed on the same date noted above and they are functioning correctly.
The switch in question has two 12W (60W equivalent) lights connected to it.
I have updated the firmware, reset router and reset/reinstalled the switch using TP Link yet it still is not working.
I can hear the switch "click" when turning on/off with the app but the lights remain on. Toggling the switch on/off manually does nothing.
From what I have read the switch relay has failed and requires replacement.
Please send me a replacement for this faulty switch ASAP.
