Have a PlayStation that was always connecting to a far distance node and as a result getting slow speeds. Found the device in the deco app and set the connection preferences to only allow it to connect to the closest deco node. But now the PlayStation is not allowed access to the network. PlayStation says that "the security method may not be correct", as a reason it can't connect. Because the PlayStation cannot connect to the network I cannot find it in the device list to change its preference setting. The device does not show up in the blocked devices list either. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
