I have several shortcuts named to where my family knows what they do, such as .. "turn on bathroom lights, turn on kitchen lights, turn on etc..". When we say "Alexa, turn on kitchen lights" she responds "there are several actions that contain the word "lights", which one do you want?" And no matter how we respond, "kitchen, kitchen lights, kitchen on etc" she responds with does not support" or "skill not enabled" .. 

Any suggestions?
