Hello,

 

The camera no longer triggers at night. It worked fine for about a week and nothing has changed in my set up, ie:

 

- Same exact location and light level

- Same sensitivity (max)

- Wifi signal is strong

- Firmware is up to date (no change)

 

What I have tried

- Rebooted the phone

- Rebooted the camera

- Rebooted the  router

  @TheFrog415,

If the camera is only being triggered at specific times, the first thing to check is whether the camera is not detecting activity or if a notification is being sent. It may be that you have a notification schedule set for the entire Tapo app or specifically for that camera.

 

Lastly, double-check that the night vision mode was not accidentally disabled, preventing your camera from being able to see motion in the first place.
