[SOLVED] TPLink Bulbs fade effects dissapear
Hi there, I have 3 L530E bulbs, two v2.0 and one v1.0.
Today, the L530 v2.0 has received a new firmware and the fade effect has gone. What happen, bug or premium feature?
Greets.
EDIT: the fade effect works if turn on / off via Tapo app, but not when the bulbs is programmed.

@ChusD After this time, I see with de last Tapo app update, in the programation of the bulbs, a 3 options, turn on, turn off and fade, this options not here until now.
Now the bulbs turn on and off or change color with fading effect. I see this for casuality, when change things like this and not reflect in the changelog, can be very crazy.
The thread is resolved.

Hey @ChusD,
Would you mind providing a screenshot or more details about the behavior?
Where is the feature missing? What screen in the Tapo App do you recall seeing the transition?
How is the device programmed? Is this behavior seen via a Smart Action or a Preset?
Are you seeing this behavior when controlling the device outside of the Tapo App?

@Riley_S the problem coming after the last firmware update today, only happens when the bulb is programmed, when turn on / off manually with Tapo app, fade in / out works fine.
Here a screenshot, I programmed for half hour change color, the change work, but not fading since firmware update.

EDIT: with the L510 v2.0 same bug after fimware update, please, fix this.
