Unfortunately, we do not have official support for 4-way setups, but it is something that our teams have been exploring for future releases.
Based on the threads I have seen, the KS230 will not work in a 4-way setup. However, there are threads on the forum and our subreddit for the HS210 where users have been able to get these devices working in a larger setup.
