I plugged in the router today because I wanted to take it on a trip.  The LED started out blue, then changed to red, back to blue, then red again.  After that, the LED turned off and it does not do anything.  Is the router dead?  Holding reset does nothing and changing modes also does nothing.

  @HamsterT well that does not sound promising.  Guess the router died.  Bummer.

Same problem, replaced my USB cable and everything worked again.

  @T5150Hapa three different cables and wall warts, nothing has worked.

  @RangerLG I had the same problem.  changed cables, different usb hub, different outlet.  then I found the usb adapter that came with the router.  Using it, I was able to restart the router.

  @RangerLG   I had the same problem, and found out it's because this router requires 9V or 12V USB QC or PD (won't work with 5V USB), so only high quality USB cable and Charger that supports QC/PD can work.  Once I use my known USB cable that can do QC with my cellphone, it works.
