Model: Deco BE63
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.06

I have 3 units, one router 2 satellite. They are all connected via cat 6 to a switch.  The satellites tend to choose WiFi with a weak signal instead of the Ethernet.  They both do it at random.

I connected them direct to the BE63 and nothing changed.

@jwellsmusic If the modem is not connected to the switch, I believe it is a valid setup.
