Well, here i go again...

SO, recently, i cant really be sure when, i have had devices dropping from the network and from my system en masse and at seemingly random intervals. these are devices that have been installed and working just fine for well over a year, for the most part, even though some of them are in fact new devices. i have stopped adding devices to the system until i can ferret out the cause of this issue, but as of now i really am not having any luck.

of course i assumed that there must have been some change to the network environment which was causing this. so i checked logs for duplicate IPs or any other conflicts which may have shown up, and nothing. no conflicts or issues logged, and i can in fact still locate each device if i sniff its mac id. but they are defiinitely disconnected from the network. so, i can see that it is there, but no longer connected to my network.

I have reconnnected the devices to the network and to my home in the tapo app, only to have some of the same devices along with some completely different devices disconnect en masse again a few days later.

I have been trying to troubleshoot this for at least a few weeks now and i just cant put my finger on whatever the cause is. there does not seem to be any identifiable pattern to the devices which are disconnecting. there will be devices which are literally inches apart and one will disconnect while the other does not. ther does not seem to be any consistency as to the types of devices which will disconnect. i have everything frrom a basic ep25 wall plug, the kp200 in wall outlet, the 200 220 & 240 smart light switches, led light strips, smart bulbs and even the 6 plug smart power strip which have been part of one disconnection incident or another. and i just cannot find any one tthing linking the ones which choose to disconnect.

I know this is a lot. im just hoping that someone may have some insight, or something hopefully similar but less catastrophic happen to them who may have some answers. or if tp link is aware fo some networking bug in the firmware that is being ironed out. anything, because at this point im considering removal and replacement, which i dont really want to absorb the cost or headache of.

Help and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you for your attention.
