I connected the switch properly, and the app detects the switch, but when I try to connect to wifi following the steps in the app it takes about 10 minutes for the light on the switch to turn red, and the app never outright fails. I've tried resetting the device more times than I care to count, but it still keeps failing the same way. I even uninstalled it thinking I wired it the wrong way, but nothing was wrong on inspection. I've run out of ideas as to what it could possibly be. It also looks like the wifi signal is strong, and it has direct LoS with the router.
