New HS220 V3 - Can not set it up
I have a brand new HS220(CA) Canada version
Properly wired to the electrical box. Switch manualy controls the lights including dimming
Phone (Pixel 9 Pro XL) is connected to my 2.4G network (I even Forgot my 5G network)
Have Restarted and Factory Reset several times.
Set up process connects to the temporary wi-fi for the switch so all good to this point. Pop-up says Connection Successfull but I don't know if this is the temp switch wi-fi or my 2.4G network.

And then if fails with the "Unable to Connect to your Smart Dimmer Wi-Fi" blah blah...Try Again/Exit Setup screen (which the above screen said it alread did connect to the device temp wi-fi so I assume this is poor error messaging and it means it can't connect to my 2.4G network.
Help please.
