Had electrician install a bunch of hs210 and the app requires 2 pushed to register
I recently ordered 3 hs210 kits. Each kit comes with 2 switches. For each switch in the kit, I had it wired into a separate 3 way light. In other words, if the kit comes with switch 1A and switch 1B, I had the electrician take switch 1A for one circuit and 1B for a totally different circuit. After having an electrician install the switches, I've noticed the app doesn't show the correct status of the switch, nor does it respond to a single press of the app to turn on/off the light. It takes two pushes for the app to reflect - intermittently. Sometimes the app shows the light is on, but it is in fact off and vice versa. Interestingly enough if I use the physical switch on the wall, I do not have to push it twice. Each press registers properly. This appears to be a software problem.
How soon can this be fixed?
