TC82 kit outdoor camera will not connect to Bluetooth during initial setup. I reset and restart and nothing helped. It just kept flashing red and green. Can anyone help please.
A few things, first try restarting your phone as this will also refresh the BT adapter in your phone.
Second, if you are presented with a pop up in the Tapo App to setup a device, consider ignoring it and using the (+) device menu in the top right. (I've had similar happen to a beta plug, but the add device menu worked fine)
The range of the setup Bluetooth is less than you might think, if you are not in the same room as the camera. Depending on the model (even if it has BT setup) you may be able to see the doorbells setup wi-fi and connect that way (Step 3 > How to Set Up A Tapo Camera
