I am trying to install a KS200M motion activated smart switch. Light is blinking white instead of orange and green. Bathroom lights flashing on and off while it works if its replaced with old switch;
switch initially would not let me configure it in the Kasa app yet,

A blinking white circle along with your behavior makes me believe that it may be the result of an incompatible wiring setup. If the power flows to the light before the switch, the light turning off will also cut power to the smart switch. I would see if you can verify how the power if flowing through the loop by testing the wires with and EMF tester before swapping in the smart switch.
Was the original switch a smart switch, or a regular 'dumb' switch?
In order to configured the device in the Kasa or Tapo apps, you will need to get the light to show a blinging orange and green - indicating that its setup mode and Wi-Fi is now active.
