The c425 really is useless. I tested it and a pick from 10' away at night with a light 6' from me and there is zero detail, my face is just a blob.
What resolution do you have the camera set to? Are you using Infrared or Color night vision? What type of bulb is the llight source you are using, assuming it is not from the camera? Are you able to share a still captured from the camera?
