  @Riley_S When do you expect the white version of the RV30 MAX Plus to come out? Also, what model is the RVA500 made for?

I can only speak for the versions here in the US, as it may be different elsewhere - but I do not think there is anything upcoming for a white version of the RV30Max/Plus

 

The first vacuum series that we released here in the US were white, but since then the design has largely shifted to all black. I would assume that the teams are focused on the development of the models seen at CES such as the RV50 omni. I also believe that the top-of-the-line vacuum (at least the dock) had a white housing so I do not think that it is something that has been brushed aside - I will make sure to pass the feedback along to the team though.

I am new to Tapo, so I apologize if these questions seem obvious!

I was under the assumption that the Tapo RV30 Max Plus was the top of the line vacuum. Is that the top of the line vacuum you were referring to when you said the dock was white? If not, what is the current top of the line vacuum?

Could you tell me more about what CES is?

Is the RV50 Omni released?

Hey @crab20,

Its no problem. The RV30Max is still our top of the line vacuum.

 

CES is the annual "Consumer Electronics Expo" where all tech companies begin to announce or show off devices that they are currently developing or to show off some devices that may release that year.

 

This year, we had the RV30 Max on display, but we also brought two potential upcoming models the RV50 Omni and the RV70 Ultra. Both of these are jumps up from the RV30 series and focuses on much more complex and advanced technologies such as being able to clean the water that the vacuum picks up. The RV70 just happened to have a white dock, showing that they arent solely focusing on black vacuums. 

 

I would recommend focusing on the RV30 series for the time being, as we really have no information about either of these model's release right now.

  @Riley_S Do you have an expected price and/or release date for the RVB102 charging base? I'd like to get one so the vacuum can operate on multiple floors without having to move my only charging base each time (and figure out the previous position when moving it back).
