I am having issues with the app and using the scheduling of normal codes for the DL110. First, why is there options for choosing this model in any community or forum? 

 

Anyway! Here is the use case... I run an AirBNB, lets say I have someone checking in at 4pm on 5/6/25 and checking out at 11am on 5/10/25. I create a normal code and want it to be active at 4 pm on 5/6 and not go inactive till 11am on 5/10. The issue I am having is that in the app, if i select the start time as 4pm and select 11am (next day), then go into advanced settings and choose the start and end date a couple things happen. First the note at the bottom says that the access code is valid between 4pm - 11am(next day) every day from 5/6 to 5/10. So that means that the code will be inactive from 11am on 5/7 through 4pm on 5/7. So its a gap of 5 hours that a guest cant use the code each day. That would be kinda bad for a guest to not be able to get in the house.

 

The only way i found a workaround is to let it go from 12 - 12 each day which would allow a guest early access and late access which i do not want.

 

Am I missing something or can this be fixed? Hopefully im explaining this right. I am adding a couple screenshots to help out. What im wanting to pick a start date and time and an end date and time and the code be available the entire time in between those dates and times.

  @Jgood I had the exact same issue. Guest was locked out. Luckily I quickly accessed the app and manually unlocked then set mode to Always. We need an option to set the exact time and day not "next day" every day. TP-LINK PLEASE PROVIDE A FIX!

One solution is to set the start time to 4:00 pm and end time to 4:00 pm. After the guest checks in, you can change it to start time to 11:00 am and end time to 11:00 am. Send an email to support.usa@tp-link.com reporting the problem. I've already done this.
