HS200 blinking yellow and relais clicking. can not reset

Model: Kasa HS200

Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: VN1?

This switch is in an endless loop of blinking yellow and relais clicking at 3 Hz. Cant reset.

I had this with a different switch, but it disappeared by itself.
