I have setup a  HS103P2 with the Kasa app, and it is listed. 

I can also see it listsed and recognize in my TV.

I've set up with the Google Home app and it is listed there.

Both Google  Home and Kasa apps show it listed but  "offline."

I have orange and blue lights blinking constantly every second.

I've plugged and unplugged the Kasa and held the swithc button down.

Does not work
