Here's some context, I have just bought a Kasa KD110 smart camera to use in a country that doesn't use 100 - 120V, which is what the chime is rated for. So I'm considering buying a TP-Link hub, either the H100 or H200 locally. 

My question really is if the H100 will support being the chime for the KD110 video doorbell bell, or is it better to get the H200, or will neither of them work? I just need it to act as a chime.
