Very Serious flaw.   Hardware is good. Tapo support is horrible.   This is now the 4th or 5th ticket I submitted about the Tapo iPhone application not having a Critical alert notification sound and urgency.   If middle of the night the outdoor camera detects a human person then my phone should blow up with a large alert sound which overrides my do not disturb sleep setting.  Not a ting sound like a text or email.  Other manufacture cameras offer this. Apple iPhone offers this urgent notification type and sound but Tapo does not support.  HELP this is ridiculous flaw in your technology. Without this urgent notification sound and vibration your outdoor cameras are not for security and really all baby monitor cameras.  I keep opening tickets and they keep getting closed.  Stop making new product until you resolve your app issues.   Oh yeah BTW other manufactures offer a Windows app too for remotely viewing on a PC, however Tapo does not.  Get with the times and fix this issue already !!!
