Greetings,

I have Comcast 500M service and when the XE75 is in router mode, I only test at 45M via hard wired from the PC to the main router, which is connected to the Comcast Gateway via ethernet.  On Reddit, someone suggested putting the router in AP mode.  I did that and I test at 500M+.

This is a poor solution, because it seems like I will lose features that I got the X75 for, namely # of clients and network flexibility.

Is placing the router in AP mode the only way to get the full 500M bandwidth?  It was the same issue when I had the Arris Surfboard modem attached, it maxed out at 45-50.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I did this as suggested by the chat bot on the support site:

3. Go to MORE > QoS and disable QoS. If there is no on/off switch for QoS, set it back to standard and remove all priority devices.
4. Navigate to MORE > Advanced > NAT Forwarding, and disable SIP ALG and UPnP.
