How to stop the whole internet?

What I am looking for a this router to allow me to automatically disable the wireless signal during specific times each day. Especially for my kids. I want this whole thing to shut off at 1 AM and go back on like 7 AM. There is only one wired cable goes to a TV and at that time no one is watching TV. So whole thing could be off. I don't care about Ring either.
How can I achieve this?

Well, would you mind telling us what " What I am looking for a this router to allow me to automatically disable the wireless signal during specific times each day" this means, a router you have (model) or would like to get if you don't own one? If it is a purchase, what spec's? WiFi 5/6/7? Cost? Router or Deco units?
Suggest you also Google "tp-link turn off wifi at night" and you'll find some help there. Some routers might support a time schedule, others require the use of the Tether/Deco phone app to do that.
Parental conrols of course will deny access to devices based on time, however iif 'Random IP Addressing' is used on devices, that might be useless.
On my BE65V2/BE11000 Deco, using the Deco App, I can set some time limits, either by user or device:
I set the OWNERSHIP of specific devices to me, and then can set some specific choices for 'me'.
Again this is all predicated on the Device identification to the Router/Deco. That means the SAME MAC Address each time it connects. Devices set to RANDOM MAC Addressing (or Private WiFi Address) if not set to FIXED, but ROTATING each connection would use a different MAC Address and bypass all setting.
Only sure way would be to use the Internet button on the router, turning it off and then back on in the morning (yes, a pain).
Now in most cases with the Phone app, you can set a NOTIFICATION when a DEVICE joins the LAN. That would catch a device using rotating MAC Addressing ot Private Address changes.
