I had to reset my deco M4R for the first time today after an outage. The outlet boosters that came with the system are still on red showing no internet connection even thought the connection is up and running. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but it's still red. How do I reset these or do I even need them anymore?
There "should" be a reset button at the bottom of each of your deco's. Just press and hold the button for 3 to 5 seconds and release then wait for the unit to flash blue before trying to add it back into the deco app
