Model: Deco BE11000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.7 Build 20250324 rel.32980

I have Verizon FIOS ISP with 1GHz speed, till now I was using Deco AXE 5300 and recently changed it to Deco BE11000 and right after that the internet speed is drastially / pathetically went down to 1MB/2MB speed. I used to get 450MB/850MB speed with the previous router, I am unable to fix it> Please help..

I tried all these...but no improvement, most of my devices at home showing offline. If I direclty connect to Verizon FIOS Router getting blazzing speed like 450MB above...

Methods to improve speed on Deco:
1. If Ethernet speed is slower than expected, try using different Ethernet cables (CAT5E or above) and different Ethernet ports on the main Deco.
2. Open the Deco app, go to MORE > ECO Mode, and ensure that ECO Mode is disabled.
3. Navigate to MORE > QoS in the Deco app and ensure QoS is disabled. If there is no on/off switch for QoS, set it back to standard and remove all priority devices.
4. Go to MORE > Advanced > NAT forwarding in the Deco app and disable SIP ALG and UPnP.
5. Try running speed tests with different servers, as some servers may provide better speeds.

  @Saisuarez

I've got the Deco BE65V2, and using the same F/W.

The BE65 as I understand it is the same as the BE11000 (which I think is only sold at CostCo?).

#1, I assume you tested the speed on the Deco App, but there could be other reasons. The Modem is probably not providing full speed as this is still thinking it is connecting to your old set-up. You have to power off the modem and Deco. One fully off, power on the Modem and when up, the Deco. That should fix the Speed Test issue. Also, you could be seeing INTERFERENCE for the FIOS interface IF the ROUTER function is enabled.

#2, My BE65 does NOT have ECO on More in the Deco app????

#3 and 4, same here.

#5, yes, and the best test would be if your ISP has a speed test to test with.

As for the Devices, I suspect you are using the SAME LAN SSID's as you had with Verizon device. If so, on ALL the devices, FORGET that network and then connect to the same SSID from the BE11000, should allow sign-in and fix speed issues.

All the above are just suggestions that may help, not guaranteed to do so.
