Model: Kasa HS210  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.10

HS210 has been working for 2 years until overnight last night. No light on faceplate. Does not turn on thru app. Manually pressing switch doesn't work but faceplate led shows while pressing switch. It is apparently connected to wifi because the app sees it. The 220 is the 3 way model; using the other manual switch doesn't work either. 

 

Ideas?

Try to reset the smart switch, see if that makes any difference. How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart switch and plug

 

As the physical button cannot turn on the connected lights either, it is possible a hardware problem. If you have another 3-way setup at your home, try to install this HS210 KIT in another location, check if the physical control works. How to install the Kasa 3-way Light Switch Kit

 

If the physical control doesn't work, or the switch's LED indicator doesn't change correctly after a reset, I believe it's time to request a replacement. To proceed device warranty, please Contact Technical Support.
