Please clarify the issues: is the switch's led indicator not turning on? Or is it the load lights cannot be turned on by the switch?

  @Wayne-TP I am having a similar issue. Installed and connected. Everything is wired correctly. I even installed a second switch wondering if the first one was bad. Can hear the switch clicking but doesn't power on the light.

Please verify that the load line is wired correctly. Replace the smart switch with a dumb switch and test whether the light can be controlled with the dumb switch using the same wiring.
