I've replaced Deco's, and routers, as well as Router's with Deoc's.

I have not found a 'reliable' way. 

I suspect, but never tried, using Deco to Deco, or Router to Router, both the Deco App and Tether App (I think) can save settings.

Although I've never tried restoring the saved settings to a replacement, it is possible it 'might' work depending on all settings be the same to both Deco's (some can have different settings like going from a Wifi 5 to a Wifi 7 model).

What I always wind up doing it taking screen captures of the settings I have and use them over again on the new Deco/Router. I mean same NETWORK name, and same P/W's for the SSID's. When I have reserved IP Addresses, add those as well.

I have had that work for me 100% of the time and in some cases, a device will not connect though... and on that device need to FORGET the network and set it up again.

Since the X25 is a WiFi6 2 SSID Deco, and the XE75 Pro is a Tri-band that add a 6Ghz SSID, I would not expect it to be able to restore settings to it?

You can try I guess, but manual is the better probability of getting it working.

I should add that just like you can't install the wrong F/W to a router and the model info is in the new F/W file, quite possible the saved settings also saves the model info so you could only restore it to the same model?
