Hello...

 

I just bought & installed  new S515 switch into a 4-way circuit in the US.

 

On restoring power to the circuit, the indicator light is flashing amber, and the switch is clearly cycling on and off, constantly clicking.

 

I have cycled power to the circuit,  pressed the Restart button for 10+ seconds (stopped flashing but immediately resumed), and pressed the Reset button for 5+ seconds (no result at all).

 

Can anyone suggest some troubleshooting steps?

Figured out at least part of it.

 

For openers, I had the line and load reversed.  So, I swapped the two black wires and problem solved.

 

EXCEPT

 

Now my other two three-way switches do nothing.  They must stay in the ON position or NONE or the lights on that circuit work.

 

On the up side, my voice control through Siri works swimmingly.
